Please note that these socks have several small, elastic threads woven into the top section to hold them up around the ankle. Grödo inc. these elastic threads to secure them around the ankle, to prevent them from slipping off the babies foot. The elastic threads have minimal, if any, contact with the skin. The yarn itself is made from 100% organic material.
